Use this form if you, or someone acting for you, have a question about your IAHW or AHWR application, agreement or claim.
You can also use this form if you have been told you will not get a payment.
Read the rules for the scheme before you fill in the form. Then send the your completed form to the Rural Payments Agency (RPA) by email or post.
If you’re sending more than one form by email, use a separate email for each form.
How to submit a query about your application, agreement or claim
You can use the Rural Payments service to raise a query about your application, agreement or claim. Sign in to the Rural Payments service and select ‘Create or view a query’ to raise a new query.
Or use the IAHW and AHWR query form if you:
- think your payment is wrong
- disagree with your payment calculation
- need to send more evidence or information about a query you have already raised
- disagree with an email you’ve received about your IAHW or AHWR application, agreement or payment
- disagree with our decision about your IAHW or AHWR application, agreement or claim
Do not use this form to query anything other than IAHW or AHWR information.
For multiple queries, submit one form for each query and send them separately.
Please only use this form for IAHW or AHWR information. Email or write to RPA if you have any other queries.

After you’ve submitted the form
We will respond once we have reviewed your query in full.
If we find that we do not need to take any further action, we will explain why. If we need to take further action, we will confirm what we’ve done and the effect this has had on your original query.
If you have another query that you have not already told RPA about, fill in and submit a new query form.
