Details

Registering the appointment or change of agent must be done by the new agent.

Schedule

The schedule document can be used when more than one patent or application is affected by the same transaction. This will avoid unnecessary delays in the processing of requests for EP and GB cases.

The SPC schedule can be used in conjunction with Form 51 where there is also an SPC reference.

This schedule can also be used with Update the name or address on patents and applications (form 20) and Record a transfer of ownership, add, change or remove licensee or security interest (form 21).

The Bulk Filing document can be used when a request for over 50 patents or applications is affected by the same transaction. This can be a combination of GB and EP cases.

No fee.
