Implementation of the online ARAP Eligibility Self-Checker for applicants

Updated 7 April 2026

As of 7 April 2026, the online ARAP Eligibility Self Checker has been released, following live testing.

ARAP applicants can continue to check the progress of their application with this tool, providing clarity for ARAP applicants as to what stage their ARAP application is at in the decision-making process.

To access the tool for either an ARAP or AFM update, applicants will need to use their ARAP application or Review number at the following link. The applicant is able to check the progress of their ARAP or AFM application using this tool on a weekly basis. An update on the status of their application trajectory will be sent to the email address associated with their ARAP application within an hour.

The tool was initially launched in a live testing environment (BETA), in order to ensure the tool produces optimal results for applicants. The tool remained in BETA for 5 months, following detailed feedback received during this time, from a range of users and  partners , we have implemented several small changes to  enhance the user experience for customers and as of 7 April 2026, we  are confident the Self Checker is suitable for live deployment.
