- a replacement patent registration certificate

Request a certified copy of a patent using patents form 23.
If you need certified copies of two or more different patents or patent applications, you must send a separate form for each one. You can use the form to ask for multiple copies of the same patent or patent application.
Fill in the form and submit it online or post it. The details of how to do that are on the form.
Certified copies cost £27 each.
Request an uncertified copy
Request an uncertified copy of a patent document using patents form 23U.
If you need uncertified copies of two or more different patents or patent applications, you must send a separate form for each one. You can use the form to ask for multiple copies of the same patent or patent application.
Fill in the form and post it. The details of where to send it are on the form.
You can also request an uncertified copy using an online service.
Uncertified copies cost £7 each.
Request a replacement certificate
Call the Intellectual Property Office to ask for a replacement patent registration certificate.
