Flood waters are expected to rise rapidly. Flooding is likely to cut off the area. Floodwater is a threat to life - do not enter. Remain in a safe location. Flood water may contain dangerous debris. Be aware of your surroundings and stay safe. Do not drive through or attempt to enter flood water. Follow instructions of emergency services in your area. Call 999 if in immediate danger.
